The Feedback day!!!

Hi friends, again back on track after a long time. I did not know what to title this, so just named it feedback day. Yes it was the day for the our team at Ugam yesterday. The day started with no much of improvement and my friend asked me to come to his house by 7:30 in the morning and so we'll be in office by 8. But i reached a bit late asusual to find him sleeping, then we wasted an hour roaming about, filling gas in his car and reached office by 9 and started our work, the usual allocations and targets.

Time went by and everyone started coming in, and suddenly we were asked to go the meeting room. We all knew it was for.... hmmm, what do i call it! Let me use the same work my TL uses, BOMBARDMENT!!! For 2 hours we got our review or as called in schools, the report card. It was pretty bad of course, then we breaked for lunch after 2 hrs of review meeting. As usual we finished lunch in 10 mins and went to play table tennis. But we played for a short time, again we were called for a meeting. This time everyone were like, Oh God! I already had enough!!!

But to our surprise it was a mail saying Congrats Team :), We were kinda confused at that instant and went on to see the mails below it, we had mails from our TL, AM and finally our CEO. And that was so unusual, to get a mail from the CEO. It was about a CEO's meet, where one of our client was present. He came to our CEO and said "SO YOU ARE OUR INDIAN PARTNER", and thanked him for the work we are doing for him. This was a great surprise for the team but it did not stop there, our CEO narrated the incident after that, Our client says "... with wonderful partners like these guys who are helping us with some very imortant work... " this was an acknowledgement in front of a large gathering, which he didn't have to do but that speaks highly of the work we are doing for them.

I have used the same words used by our CEO in most of the places, i guess it was not copyrighted. We are so proud that we got such a great feedback from our Client.

I was so proud for working on a project and now this feedback directly from the client is unimaginable, we are all so happy, no words to describe that again. So the extra time we all invested in our work finally paid off. I did not know how to thank my Team leaders, Asst Manager, Manager, Asst Vice President and everyone who gave us a chance to work to work in a project like this, i felt this was the only way to thank u guys. Now i'm really proud to be an Ugamite :)
